Loop Jobs User Agreement
Welcome to Loop Jobs. Loop Jobs is a job opportunity filtering and email delivery service. After users set role direction, location, remote preference, keywords, exclusions, salary preference, and other preferences, Loop Jobs fetches job information from public sources, applies automated rules and AI classification, and sends potentially matching job opportunities by email.
Before registering, logging in, accessing, or using Loop Jobs, please read and understand this Agreement carefully. By using Loop Jobs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

Loop Jobs is a job information filtering tool. It is not a recruitment platform, employer, recruiter, human resources agency, career advisor, immigration advisor, financial advisor, or legal advisor. We do not publish jobs on behalf of any employer and do not participate in your communication, interviews, hiring, employment contracts, compensation, visa, tax, or other arrangements with any hiring party.
Loop Jobs is currently an individual project. Unless expressly stated otherwise on the website, Loop Jobs does not represent any company, individually owned business, recruitment agency, or employer. As the product develops, we may in the future continue operation through a company, individually owned business, or other legally established entity. If such a change occurs, we will update the service provider information in this Agreement as appropriate.
3. Account Registration and Security
You may create or log in to a Loop Jobs account by email Magic Link. You must ensure that the email address you provide is true, valid, and under your lawful control.
Magic Links are for your own use only. You are responsible for protecting your email account, login links, and device security. Unless otherwise required by law, you are responsible for consequences arising from use of your email, device, or login link by others.
If you discover unauthorized account use or any other security risk, please notify us as soon as possible through the contact email listed in this Agreement.
For security, compliance, or operational reasons, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate service for accounts involving abnormal login, abnormal payment, abuse, or violation of this Agreement.
4. User Preferences and User Content
You may set role direction, target locations, remote preference, keywords, blocked keywords, blocked companies, salary preference, email language, and related information. You must ensure that the content you provide is lawful, truthful, and does not infringe third-party rights.
You understand and agree that Loop Jobs will use your latest saved preferences for future filtering. After you modify your preferences, historical filtering results, email content, or recommendations may change.
Your salary preference is used only as an auxiliary filtering or display signal and does not constitute any guarantee about the accuracy, availability, or final amount of salary for any job.
You must not submit illegal, infringing, fraudulent, malicious, discriminatory, harassing, spam, virus, automated attack script, or other content that may harm the Service, other users, or third-party rights.
5. Job Information and Recommendation Results
Job information in Loop Jobs comes from third-party public sources. We make reasonable efforts to fetch, clean, classify, and deduplicate it, but we do not guarantee that job information is complete, accurate, up to date, continuously available, or suitable for your specific circumstances.
Third-party jobs may be modified, closed, deleted, paused, or changed at any time. You should rely on information published by the hiring party or the original job page.
AI classification, job summaries, match reasons, remote status, location assessments, and salary notes are automated auxiliary outputs and may contain errors, omissions, delays, or incomplete expressions. You should independently decide whether to apply and independently verify job authenticity, hiring party qualifications, location, salary, employment relationship, visa, tax, and compliance requirements.
Loop Jobs does not guarantee that you will receive job emails, that there will be matching jobs every day, or that any number, quality, application success rate, interview opportunity, hiring result, or compensation result will be achieved.
To reduce unnecessary disturbance, we may skip email delivery when no qualified jobs are available.
6. Free Trial, Subscriptions, Cancellation, and Refunds
Loop Jobs offers a free trial. Under the current product policy, standard free users are entitled to receive up to 5 job postings that match their preferences at no cost. The free trial quota is calculated based on the number of job postings successfully sent and recorded by the system, rather than the number of emails dispatched.
The rules, quotas, scope of application, and availability of the free trial are subject to change due to operational requirements. We will publish the currently applicable rules on the product page or via relevant notices.
Paid benefits include monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, and a Lifetime Buyout option. Specific pricing, benefits, billing cycles, currencies, taxes, and payment methods shall be as displayed on the payment page.
Monthly and annual subscriptions are typically processed via subscription through third-party payment service provider Stripe; the Lifetime Buyout is generally processed as a one-time payment. Matters such as payment processing, invoicing, payment method management, subscription cancellation, and refunds may be handled by Stripe or its partners.
You may cancel future renewals via the subscription management portal provided within the product. Cancellation generally means that the subscription will not automatically renew upon expiration of the current billing cycle; unless otherwise stated on the product page, payment page, under applicable law, or in a separate written notice from us, fees paid for the current billing cycle are non-refundable by default, and paid benefits for the current cycle are typically retained until the cycle ends.
To mitigate initial purchase risk, if you are dissatisfied with the service, you may apply for a one-time refund within 7 days of your first purchase of any Loop Jobs paid benefit. Refund requests must include your registered email address, payment date, purchase type, and reason for the refund. We will process the request based on factors including account usage, payment records, and the absence of abuse or abnormal activity.
In cases of duplicate charges, erroneous charges, successful payment but prolonged failure to activate benefits, or other obvious issues caused by the system or payment processing, you may contact us to request a refund, reinstatement of benefits, or other reasonable remedies.
If a refund is issued for a Lifetime Buyout, the associated lifetime benefits will be revoked or terminated. Similarly, if a refund is issued for a monthly or annual subscription, the associated paid benefits may also be revoked, suspended, or terminated.
Refunds will generally be credited back to the original payment method; actual crediting time depends on Stripe, banks, card issuers, or other payment processors. We cannot guarantee specific crediting timelines.
If applicable laws impose mandatory provisions regarding consumer refunds, cancellation rights, cooling-off periods, or other rights, such mandatory provisions shall prevail.
Accounts already holding a valid subscription or lifetime benefit may be restricted by the system from making duplicate purchases.
We reserve the right to offer different pricing, free quotas, refund arrangements, or benefits to selected users for promotional purposes, testing, internal whitelisting, or operational campaigns; this does not imply that other users are entitled to the same arrangements.
